A Summer Rustic Acres Wedding
Samantha and Eric with Rae Allen Photography went on location this past May for a Summer Rustic Acres wedding located in Belton, Texas
Rustic Acres is nestled on over 22 peaceful acres, and although rustically beautiful all on its own, the rusted tin and old barn wood décor is simple in its design, so couples have so you have the flexibility to add personal touches, which was exactly what Bree and Jeremy did.
While the attire was classically Texan in its style, cowboy boots, starched jeans and white pearlsnap shirts, the rest of the event was a purple and lavender dream. Bree wore a fitted gown, with lace appliques, a sweetheart neckline accompanied by simple jewelry of diamonds dropped earrings and a beautiful bracelet that was her grandmother’s.
This Summer Rustic Acres event had beautiful table floral that consisted of hydrangeas and old images of family members at their own weddings. That perhaps was the best part of the décor. Working to implement so many memories into their wedding was so special to witness.
The bride’s mother, Millie, even baked and decorated their wedding cake. A white cake with the classic summer flavors of lemon and lavender cake with lemon compote filling.
Bree’s Bridal bouquet was an explosion of floral, and shades of purple were woven throughout the event. You saw different shades in bowties, table décor, dresses and lighting.
But the best part was the dance floor. It was never empty, and almost every guest got up to dance at some point of the evening. These two knew how to have fun and not sweat the little details. The fun they had with each other is what you want for every couples big day.
They even danced their way through the sparkler exit. What a day….
