An Intimate Wedding for Oscar & Clara
SAMANTHA AND ERIC WITH Rae Allen Photography WENT ON LOCATION THIS PAST APRIL FOR A FRENCH COUNTRY INSPRIRED WEDDING AT HIDDEN CREEK AT STONEHAUS
An intimate wedding with Oscar and Clara at an all-inclusive wedding venue was comprised of blue tones, baby’s breath, pink tulips, custom wedding cake, color coordinating guests and my favorite, fur babies.
Situated a few minutes outside of Belton sits a family-owned venue that features grand pecan trees, giant oaks and stunning golden light, but the real gem of the place is the fact that it offers all-inclusive intimate wedding options for its couples. And Rae Allen happens to be the in-house photographer. Oscar and Clara were one of those couples, and dare I say, they probably had the most perfect day.
The weather was sublime, the grass was emerald green and these two had such a peaceful presence about them, that you couldn’t help but enjoy yourself. They arrived ready to go, got dressed and their intimate wedding began.
Dramatic drapery blew in the breeze hanging from the oak tree, and guests were full of smiles and tears as Clara and her parents walked down the aisle.
Rings were swapped. A kiss was shared and the fun continued during the reception, where a sweet father daughter dance ended with all of Clara’s brothers coming up to give her a big group hug and then a delicious slice of cake was eaten that Clara’s mother made just for them.
Every moment of this sweet wedding was filled with laughter and love that you felt from everyone. Even during their sparkler exit was full of energy. As always we made them go through the aisle of guests a few times, but the absolute best, was when Oscar picked Clara up and twirled her around. Like I said…the perfect day.
